Dr. Diana Fowler at Eugene Hospital

Diane Fowler, CVT
Practice Manager

Diane has worked at Bush Animal Hospital in many capacities. She became a CVT working as lead tech for many years and has been our practice manager since 2005. She particularly enjoys the people aspect of her job including the very special owners that we have, as well as keeping the staff on track! Activities with the dogs, family and friends keep this gal busy when she's not at work.

Technicians

Jamie

JamieJamie joined our team in May 2006. She moved to Eugene from Cleveland, Ohio with several years of experience. She enjoys pet dentistry and would like to become a specialized dental technician. She stays busy with her cattle dog (Peyote) and her tri-pawed dog (Lula), 4 cats, chickens and a husband (Chris). While not at work, she enjoys gardening, camping, hiking, biking and snowboarding. Jamie is also our resident photographer due to her knack for capturing that perfect shot.

Karen

Karen

Karen joined our team as a Certified Veterinary Technician in August 2004.  She graduated from OSU with a Bachelor of Science, and then proceeded to acquire an Associate of Applied Science in Veterinary Technology from Portland Community College.  For Karen, surgery and pain management are the most rewarding aspects of her job.

Karen's interests include anything outdoors, horticulture, fungi, music, art and yoga.  At home she loves spending time with her two cats, Poppy and Jubel, and her two guinea pigs, Truffle and Chanterelle.

Peg

Peg

Peg has been with us since 1989. She earned her Certified Veterinary Technician license in 1994. She considers communication with our clients about the health of their pets the focus of her job. She has recently begun to work closely with our clients who are considering dental work for their pets. Her life away from the clinic is filled with serving as staff for the 5 cats she and her husband adore, gourmet cooking, rafting, back packing, and managing the office of The Resource Innovation Group. Her most recent passion (aside from animals, of course!) is vegetable gardening. Ever hopeful, she spends fall and winter weekends pouring over the Territorial Seed Catalog and spring and summer weekends planting seeds and nurturing the growth.

Roz

Roz came to Bush Animal Hospital to complete her externship during summer of 2014 and has since joined our team! She graduated from National American University in Rapid City, SC as a veterinary technician. Her favorite part of her job is cleaning teeth and behavior training. When she is not working she enjoys spending time with her husband kayaking on the lake and making crafts, especially pet posters for the lobby!) She loves all animals big and small.

Tara H

Tara

Tara realized her dream of becoming a veterinary technician in 2006, when she earned her Associate of Applied Science in Veterinary Technology from National American University in Rapid City, SD. She joined the team in February 2007. Tara enjoys all aspects of her work from patient care to client education. Tara has special affection for older senior and special needs pets. She enjoys spending time at home with her husband and their fur family.

Becky became part of Bush Animal Hospital in November 2015. Her favorite part of her job is client education, cytology and interacting with all the patients. Outside of work, Becky enjoys traveling, hiking, camping, fitness and spending time with her husband and fur babies (a Labrador, a Chihuahua and two spoiled cats).

Leah came to Bush Animal Hospital in the summer of 2012. Her love of animals and science makes her a perfect fit. One of her favorite aspect of working at Bush is educating clients about proper animal husbandry. When not at work, Leah enjoys spending time at her home with her husband working on their hobby farm. Her furry and feathered children keep her busy. The list includes; chickens, goats, a bundle of fish, a cockatiel, a cat, and two wonderful dogs! Besides animals and family, her interests include gardening, cooking, and photography.

Allison started working at Bush Animal Hospital in 2006.  The best part of her day is getting to visit with the wonderful animals that come in for treatment.  When she is not at work she enjoys being outdoors, hiking, biking and gardening with her pets.

Chad

Have you met Chad? Chad joined Bush Animal Hospital in Dec 2015. He was born and raised in Moore, OK where he helped his husband run a real estate company. In 2013, they decided to leave Oklahoma for something new and exciting by moving to California. They decided that California didn't really feel like home, so then gave Eugene, Oregon a chance. They fell in love with this area! Chad always wanted to get the chance to work with fur babies along with helping their owners get the service they deserve. When not at work, Chad loves spending time with his husband and their dog, Lola. Chad also enjoys camping, hiking, biking, baking and cooking. He dreams of skydiving someday too!

Corina

Corina has worked with us since May 2006. In December of 2010 she was promoted to lead receptionist. Corina always comes to work with a positive attitude and a smile. While not at work, Corina enjoys supporting animal welfare organizations as a foster parent. In May of 2011 she adopted Moose, an adult pit mix from LCAS.

Susan

Susan came to Bush Animal Hospital in September of 2011. While Susan is a native of Pennsylvania and even worked at Hershey Park in Hershey PA. (the sweetest place on earth), Susan and her family have fallen in love with Eugene. Susan not only loves the animal aspect of her job, but the people as well, which makes her job as a veterinary receptionist a perfect fit. When Susan is not snuggling a cute pooch, she is camping in the great outdoors with her camera at her side, her husband, three children, and the family dog, Friday. All the while her two cats watch the home front.

Tara O

Tara started working at Bush Animal Hospital in April 2014. She worked in the beauty industry for a few years prior to joining our team and finding her true passion of working with pets. As a born and raised Oregonian she loves being outdoors exploring with her two pups, Stetson an 8 year old rescued Golden retriever and Astyn her 3 year old Vizsla. She also enjoys traveling and spending time with her boyfriend and family which includes her 2 cats James Bond and Nori.
