Karen joined our team as a Certified Veterinary Technician in August 2004. She graduated from OSU with a Bachelor of Science, and then proceeded to acquire an Associate of Applied Science in Veterinary Technology from Portland Community College. For Karen, surgery and pain management are the most rewarding aspects of her job. Karen's interests include anything outdoors, crossfit, horticulture, fungi, music, art and yoga. At home she loves spending time with her dog Hazel, her two guinea pigs and two chickens.
